Since being licensed since 1987, Dave Lund has earned a number of top real estate awards including Sussex's Top 10 award. Dave was brought up on the North Shore and continues to live there hence his entitlement to be called a "North Shore Specialist". He is intimately familiar with the real estate situation on the north shore and his clients know exactly what the situation is before completing a transaction.
He has coached kids' baseball and soccer teams and has served as vice-president of the board of Seymour Art Gallery. He is an active sportsman himself enjoying mountain biking, sailing, skiing (water and snow), baseball and hockey.
