Since being licensed since 1987, Dave Lund has earned a number of top real estate awards including Sussex's Top 10 award. His marketing strategy has mainly been based on word of mouth and referrals from friends and clients. Dave's wife, Dianna-Lynn Lund is a Notary Public, specializing in real estate transactions and mortgages. Between the two of them they provide a "one stop shop" for all your real estate needs.
Dave was brought up on the North Shore and continues to live there hence his entitlement to be called a "North Shore Specialist". He is intimately familiar with the real estate situation on the north shore and his clients know exactly what the situation is before completing a transaction.
He has coached kids' baseball and soccer teams and has served as vice-president of the board of Seymour Art Gallery. He is an active sportsman himself enjoying mountain biking, sailing, skiing (water and snow), baseball and hockey.
